You do not have to assign all nine levels of access. If you want to use
only five levels, then 5 would represent the lowest level of access in
your hierarchical system.
For more information about setting up system users, please refer to
“Adding
Users” on page 72.
Important:To define or modify security rights you must have administrator
access to the application.
Adding Users To add a new user to the system, refer to the instructions that follow.
1. Select Tools > Security > Users option in the ribbon.
2. The Users form appears:
3. Click the Add button found along the bottom of the form.
4. The Create User form appears. Enter the user name in the UserID field.
