Data Download and Upload

When processing is finished, a message box appears, notifying you that

processing has been completed.

Return on Each Error

If you have selected Return on Each Error processing, please refer to the

steps below to process your records.

1. Select CE Portable > Process Data from the main menu. The Upload

form appears:

2. Your data may be filtered by user.

To process all the uploaded data records, click the drop-down arrow in

the Filter by User field and select All.

To process data for a specific user, click the drop-down arrow in the

Filter by User field and select the user for whom you want to filter

data.

3. Click the Process button found along the bottom of the Upload form.

4. The Process Records form appears as the records begin to process.

If an error occurs, the processing stops and a message box appears noti-

fying you that an error occurred in the processing.

The processing stops.

To continue processing records, select the Skip Record button and then

select the Process button. Or, correct the error in the Process Records

form and select the Process button to re-process the record.

“Process All Records” on page 90.

5. When processing is finished, a message box appears, notifying you that

processing has been completed.
